Green Monster Smoothie
This smoothie is delicious and a great way to get some green veggies into your diet as well as your kids.
What you will need
1 frozen banana (make sure you keep a stash in your freezer)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach (you will not taste the spinach at all)
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 Cup Almond milk
Blend together until smooth.
