RH Today I asked a selection of recommended systems. From my point of view based on my experience, the selection system to be effective, they must possess certain characteristics . The
Pimero and foremost, must adequately identify who among all applicants is more suited to the job and provides the ability to job performance that the organization needs to achieve its objectives.
Secondly, This must be achieved without any bias due to characteristics such as sex, race or physical defects. Third place
selection system must have a cost effectiveness so that the time and money dedicated to the design and implementation is justified by the quality of those selected to be hired.
These features are readily through careful design and implementation of a recruitment and selection system based on competencies.
