Summer is winding down and fashion weeks are gearing up, but the cool ladies at Feral Childe are, as usual, ahead of the pack with their latest art fashion templates of stylish fun. The S/S 2011 'Tarquinia Collection' is perhaps the most stunning yet from this design duo, as they reference Etruscan antiquity with a modern spin on Mediterranean silhouettes, eye-popping graphics, and an earth-sky palette.

PickUp Stitch knit chain necklaces are one-of-a-kind accessories crafted by artist/designer Eleanor DuFault in her "knitting shack" in rural Maine. Eleanor uses organic fiber and yarns and playfully twines together these earth-toned hues as a layering element that you can don in multiple ways. It has even been suggested to wear the chains as a vest. These pieces are either three or four tiers and come in a range of unique textures and tones.

For readers in San Francisco, Alice Wu of Feral Childe will be speaking with Joslin Van Arsdale of Eco Citizen at the Eco Tuesday meet up this evening. Do not miss out on what is sure to be a very groovy eco fashion pow-wow.
