Put your pre-soaking days behind you, and lighten your load with Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs. They break down, dissolve, and rinse away tough food particles, leaving your hands free and your dishes sparkling. Sound too good to be true?

MyBlogSpark dared me to take the 24 Hour Challenge, which included:  Baking a blueberry cobbler, leaving the empty baking dish out for 24 hours without rinsing and then putting it straight in the dishwasher and use Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs.  Unfortunately my pictures didn't turn out so you can't see the delicious Blueberry Cobbler we made and enjoyed. Also you can't see the results of our experiment, but the dish did come out sparkling clean along with the other dishes we had in the dishwasher.

Now you can try this product too -- the ActionPacs are available for less than $1.00 when you buy the new trial size at participating Walmart stores.

Do you get enough Whole Grain in your Diet? Big G Cereal & "The Lean Belly Prescription" Book Giveaway

Did you know that 95% of Americans do not get enough whole grain, according to the Report of the 2010 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee. In fact, the average person gets a little more than half a serving of whole grain each day. That´s significantly less than the three servings recommended daily.

Every Big G cereal contains at least 8 grams of whole grain per serving, with more than 20 Big G cereals delivering 16 grams or more. (At least 48 grams of whole grain are recommended daily.) A diet high in whole grain has been found to help with diabetes and weight management, and may help reduce the risk of heart disease and certain cancers.

Weight management is more than just watching calories - it's also important to ensure you're getting enough of the good stuff. Big G cereals are made with whole grain and are nutrient-dense to help you start your day off right with brands you love, including Cheerios®, Lucky Charms®, Cinnamon Toast Crunch®, Honey Nut Cheerios®, Fiber One® and Total®. Just look for the white check on the front of the box!

Frequent cereal eaters tend to have healthier body weights (and that includes people who choose sweetened cereals).Cereal eaters consume less fat, less cholesterol and more fiber than non-cereal eaters. Cereal consumption as part of an overall healthy lifestyle may play a role in maintaining a healthy body mass index.

According to "The Belly Fat Prescription," by Dr. Travis Stork, MD and host of The Doctors, a large amount of research has shown that belly fat carries more health risks than fat stored elsewhere. In his book, Dr. Stork also offers several additional "Laws of Leanness," including:

• If you love to graze: Nosh all day long on your favorite fruits and vegetables to help keep your belly full
• If you love fatty foods: discover which fats can actually strip away pounds
• If you love soda: substitute more delicious drinks that can help you lose up to four pounds in four weeks.

Visit www.WholeGrainNation.com for more tips, additional information about the benefits of whole grain and how Big G cereals can be a convenient and tasty way to help you manage your weight by incorporating whole grain into your day.
